Print Format and Pricing

The photos on inthedistance.net are available in three standard print sizes, listed in the table. These sizes keep the natural, full frame of the photo, with minimal cropping of the image. The size in bold is the most common request. If you would like a size or format not seen here (like, say, a square canvas print), please contact me.

Special Requests

If you have specific requests for the manipulation of a photo, such as turning a colour image into black and white, sepia toning, etc., I will be happy to do whatever I can to meet your needs. Let me know what you're looking for and I will email you a preview of the result.

Colour Matching

All images are carefully processed to ensure accurate colours and maximum image detail. I have carefully calibrated my workflow to produce highly accurate prints, but the characteristics of photographic prints and monitors are fundamentally different and therefore there might not be a perfect match between what you see and what you get.

How the Prints are Made?

All photographs originate from a digital camera source (Nikon D200) or high resolution film/slide scans made using a dedicated Nikon 35mm film scanner. Printing is carried out using state of the art commercial photographic printing systems using archival photographic paper. Printing generally takes 3 business days once your order is processed.

Shipping

Photos are mailed in board-backed, padded envelopes and clearly marked to prevent bending/folding damage. If you would like your print(s) shipped with FedEx, please let me know.
