Six months ago today I began this post-a-day photoblog project. Reflecting back from the halfway mark, it has been challenging and fun, and has forced me to sharpen the critical eye I cast upon my work. And without any new travel this year, it has forced me to mine the depths of my archives and explore more digital processing techniques than I’ve used in the past. I’m hoping that new locations await, but for now this shot from Amsterdam is a classic “me” shot — something I’m both running from and honing. Here’s to another 6 months!
