New York City, New York
One of the shots from an all-too-brief (work) trip to New York. Taken shortly after a rainstorm, just outside my hotel. This is an HDR composite of 7 shots.

Stunning 12mm view! The HDR effect comes out very nicely of your picture, congrats!
Fine “crick in the neck” cityscape. I enjoy HDR myself.
By the way, I ran across your stuff on Cool Photoblogs.
That’s very D.J. Nightingale like!
Love this one. Getting to like HDR more and more…
Nice point of view and neat processing
sweet colours! next on the “to buy” list is a wide angle.
Thanks everyone, for checking out the site and for your comments. As a new blogger, it’s great to see people out there.
The Tokina 12-24 has quickly become the lens most likely to be found on my camera, especially in the city.
And HDR is one of my favourite parts of shooting digital. It’s definitely a double-edged sword, but I try to stick to the more realistic side of postprocessing. Although that may be because I’m not especially great at Photoshop 🙂
